My son, Maddan; losing myself in a canvas; hearing my partner laugh; our incredibly goofy dog, Samantha; being surprised by the ending of a book or film; small towns; large, old fashioned porches; 1967 VW bugs; Dogwood, Flowering Pear and Ginko trees; the sound of the sea; and lunches that include good friends and bottles of Bordeaux.
